    Please join us on Tuesday, April 27th at 5:30 pm for the WSU vs. KU baseball game & tailgate party with the WSU Alumni Association.

    The festivities begin at 5:30 pm with a social and cookout. The game starts at 7 pm. We’ll all meet at a yellow tent west of Eck Stadium by the baseball parking lot. As an added bonus, all attendees will receive a shocker fan gift.

    The cost is $10 for dinner and a game ticket and $6 for dinner only if you are a member of the WSU Alumni Association. For non-members, dinner and a game ticket are $15 and dinner only is $10.

    Families and significant others are also welcome to join in on the fun.

    Let’s welcome our Gamma Upsilon Seniors into our wonderful alumnae group!

    Senior Bridging and Supper will begin at the DG chapter house Monday, April 26 at 6:30 pm. We will conduct the Bridging ceremony, then have dinner at Granite City (East location at 21st/Webb). Appetizers will be provided by the alumnae board, and dinner is up to each individual.

    Dress is business casual/casual.

    The 7th Annual Heather’s Camp Golf Tournament will be held at Sierra Hills Executive Golf Course located at 13420 E. Pawnee in Andover, KS on Saturday, May 8th, 2010. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit Heather’s Camp.

    Heather’s Camp is a program devoted to providing a summer camp experience to vision impaired and blind youth. Heather’s Camp was founded in 2001 by the staff of the Vision Rehabilitation Center and the Ladies of Delta Gamma to honor the memory of our beloved sister Heather Muller.

    PRIZES NEEDED

    In preparing for this fundraiser, we have been diligently working to get prizes, donations (food/supplies/money), and sponsors. We anticipate there will be 72-88 players (18-22 teams of 4) and ~20 volunteers.

    We will be cooking brisket, running beverage carts on the course during the tournament and managing the tournament itself (we will have 2 Men’s flights and 1 Women’s flight resulting in 3 winning teams which means prizes for 4 people on each team).

    We are working to collect supplies, prizes, gift certificates, baskets, etc. by April 16th. All of the prizes we get will be divided up to make baskets/packages for each winner.
